Shooting Star Chase Tower Run
The Shooting Star Chase Tower Run returned in 2017 with over 100 competitors taking on the 35 floors, 877 steps at Broadgate Tower looking to beat the time from 2015 of 4 minutes 7 seconds or the 3:58 course record.
Shooting Star Chase were looking to raise a substantial sum so they can continue making every moment count for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. In order to do this they hope that participants will commit to raising a minimum of £150.
That £150 could help pay for one of the Shooting Star Chase monthly teenage youth groups. Most of the teenagers they support are unable to access mainstream groups so the youth group enables them to spend time with peers and do things they enjoy, whatever their condition or ability. Many of the group’s activities focus on promoting independence and enjoying new experiences that otherwise may not be possible.
